Terms and Conditions are necessary for you to enjoy a secure and easy shopping experience. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website By placing an order with Menthe et Grenadine, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and recommend that you look through them on a regular basis.

General Information

The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Your contract for purchases made through for Menthe et Grenadine and you, undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. You warrant that all details you provide to for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

Accuracy of content

Menthe et Grenadine has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. We shall be under no obligation to fullfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price or description. While we endeavour to keep our website up to date on a daily basis, sometimes an item may show as “in Stock” when it has already sold out. We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

So, in the event that you order an item and the price published is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product. You may re-order it if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your debit or credit card.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor colour contrasts and Internet browsers, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.


Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase the goods. After placing your order, it is only deemed to have been accepted by us on dispatch of the goods from our distribution centre. When we accept your order, we will notify you by sending an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.


We accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any date. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

Our standard delivery cost to UK is £4,90. And we offer free delivery to UK for all orders over £65.

Our website only delivers to UK residents (including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands).

We aim to dispatch UK orders within 24hrs upon receipt of payment, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. Please note that working days do not include Bank Holidays and weekends.

We always dispatch to UK with recorded delivery. You will therefore be required to sign for the item as proof of receipt. If you are not available, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.

Lost parcel policy

We ship with a tracked service from DPD. Orders placed before 13:00 are to arrive with UK customers within 2 working days, with mainland EU customers within 3 working days and with customers of the rest of the world within 7-10 working days. Please note that working days do not include Bank Holidays and weekends. We cannot be held responsible if details of your address on your Paypal account or order are out of date or wrong which results in a parcel being sent to the wrong address. If a parcel is returned to us for such reasons, we will need to ask you to pay for postage again in order to resend your parcel.


We use PAYPAL to process your payment because of it´s safe, reliable and fast payment system. You can pay via credit or debit card or use your Paypal account. We will not have access or store your credit card or account details when you purchase goods through We do not charge any fee for Paypal payments. You can also use your Paypal™ account for a secure express checkout. Again, we will not have access to your Paypal account or account details.

Privacy will not pass on your private details. We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking for these details, please do not answer it and contact us immediately.

Returns Procedure

We offer a free tracked return service for our UK customers. Any products purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. Return the products in new, unworn and unused condition, in their original boxes and packaging. Please follow our returns procedure:

a) Visit our Royal Mail Return Portal and print your free return label.

b) Bring your parcel to your nearest post office.

Your Royal Mail return parcel will take up to 3 working days to arrive with us and then 3-4 working days to be processed for a refund. Once your return has arrived and the shoes have been approved for returning, we will credit the original purchaser's card for the sum paid as soon as possible. We regret but we do not refund your original postage costs. You will be notified about your refund via email.

Exchange for another size

We regret but we are unable to process exchanges. Please use our free UK return service to return any products you would like to send back. Any products purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. They must be in new, unworn and unused condition, in their original boxes and packaging.

a) Simply place a new order online for the new size or style.

b) Return the shoes in the wrong size. Please follow our return policy below.

Returning faulty goods

In the unlikely event that you have received shoes that you have not ordered, that are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, or that are faulty, please notify us of the problem by email [email protected] within 7 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods (see our returns policy) to us within 14 days from the date of receipt, unless we inform you that a return is not necessary. We may ask you for some photographic evidence to support a claim. Postage costs will be refunded for faulty goods and replacement shoes will be supplied free of charge.

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed Menthe et Grenadine. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying of artworks or pictures or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Menthe et Grenadine. You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.

Access to the website is permitted on a temporary basis. Menthe et Grenadine reserves the right to suspend access to, or withdraw all or any elements of the website. Menthe et Grenadine shall have no liability for unavailability of the site.


The products sold on are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our Website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
